Clarice Warner, MPH, RHIA, CCS-P, CPC, CHC

Clarice Warner, MPH, RHIA, CCS-P, CPC, CHC, has worked in the healthcare industry for over 30 years, gaining extensive experience in revenue cycle management including medical coding, auditing, compliance, billing and health policy. As a seasoned Revenue Cycle Consultant, Clarice is passionate about compliantly advancing the success and significance of individuals and organizations. She has worked in academic medical centers, integrated healthcare facilities in hospitals, physician practices, skilled nursing facilities, behavioral health organizations, and qualified residential treatment programs. She has also served in education as faculty and department chair.

Clarice holds a Master's in Public Health from George Washington University and a BS in Health Information Management from the University of Cincinnati. She is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Certified Coding Specialist-Physician-Based (CCS-P), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), and Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC). Clarice currently serves as OHIMA past president and delegate and is a member of the AHIMA Bylaws Taskforce. In addition to education and training, she is actively involved in advocacy and professional development. Outside of the office, Clarice enjoys creating social media and educational content, videography, and line dancing.

Jesse Gallop

Jesse Gallop, LPN, CDIP, CCS, CCS-P, CPB, CPMA, CRC, HCS-D, HCS-O

Jesse is a Licensed Practical Nurse of 20+ years and holds multiple coding credentials through AHIMA, AAPC and BMSC, along with AHIMA-Approved ICD-10-CM/PCS and CDI Trainer designations. His never-ending quest for success motivated him to seek opportunities to utilize his medical knowledge in new ways, which lead him to the health information management industry. Jesse currently provides live, group medical coding and CDI training online for nurses and other people in healthcare with clinical backgrounds through his company, The Coding Nurse, LLC.


Joan Wilder, MSHI, RHIA, CPC

Joan brings over 40 years of experience in Health Information Management (HIM) across various healthcare settings. She completed both her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Currently, Joan serves as the Program Director for the Health Information Technology program at Shelton State Community College in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where she has been a dedicated team member for nine years. Her commitment to the field extends beyond her role at Shelton State. Joan has volunteered in multiple capacities with the Alabama Association of Health Information Management (AAHIM) for 25 years and has also served as President of the West Alabama Association of Health Information Management (WAAHIM). In 2023, she was appointed by the Alabama State Superintendent to the Career and Technical State Courses of Study Committee and Task Force, tasked with reviewing the high school career-related curriculum. Additionally, Joan contributes as a reviewer for the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM).
