Tami Montroy is an industry leader in Revenue Cycle Management with over 25 years of experience in Health Information. She has served in both operational and strategic leadership roles in large academic medical centers, pediatric hospitals, physician practices and rural hospitals across the country with a focus on facility and professional fee coding and reimbursement. Montroy's volunteer experience includes multiple Practice Councils (2021-present Revenue Cycle, 2018-2020 EHR , 2017-2018 Health Information Exchange), 2014-present Southeastern PA Health Information Management Association Board of Directors, and provided expertise on multiple contributions to the AHIMA Journal. She is the Director of Pro Fee Coding at Penn Medicine.
