Dr. Smith is a Professor and Program Coordinator for the Montgomery College Health Information Management and Coding Certificate programs. She is an adjunct faculty in the Health Information and Informatics Management graduate program at the University of Maryland University College and in the Health Information Management Program at Purdue Global University. She has been an educator for over twenty-six years and has contributed to course and curriculum design at several online and campus-based health information management programs. Before working as an HIM educator, Corinne held management and health IT positions at MD/DC/VA healthcare organizations.
