Debra is the Health Information and CDI Director at Trinity Health in Minot, ND. She is passionate about managing people, large business projects, and implementing technology. Debra has served two terms as President of the North Dakota Health Information Management Association and has been a delegate to the AHIMA convention. She was Chair of the AHIMA Commission on Certification of Health Informatics & Information Management (CCHIIM), Chair of the AHIMA Apprenticeship Advisory Committee, and an item writer for AHIMA examinations.

Engaging newly credentialed staff, promoting health information and informatics professionals, and embracing technology are Debra’s priorities. She is passionate about her profession and enjoys sharing it with other HIIM professionals.
