Biography
I have 15+ years of experience in health care that includes coding, auditing, management as well as compliance partner. I am currently working as a compliance partner with Children’s Health. I was a RAC auditor for region C, and a consultant for health care quality. I have worked with many great organizations in DFW area that includes, Children’s Health, Parkland, Baylor, Tenet as well as consultant for many other organizations. I have written 3 books that include, CCS exam review in ICD-9 and ICD-10 along with auditing book on PSI, HAC, MAC and RAC review.

Where do you think your skills, abilities, and strengths fit in with the CCHIIM mission?
My objective is to deliver effective, efficient service to the people I serve. Motivate and educate others and be the guiding force for newer generations. Promote honesty, integrity, and knowledge sharing. It is my effort to giving back to the community.
