Linda Galocy, MS, RHIA, FAHIMA

Linda Galocy, MS, RHIA, FAHIMA, is Program Chair and a Clinical Associate Professor for the Health Information Technology and Administration programs at Indiana University Northwest. She has a bachelor’s degree in Health Information Administration and a master’s degree in Adult Education. She is currently pursuing her doctorate degree at Indiana University.

Ms. Galocy has held many volunteer positions with AHIMA. She has served as chair of the Fellowship Committee, member of the curricular workgroup, workforce workgroup, and faculty development workgroup for the Council for Excellence in Education. She has also served as an item writer in the past. Ms. Galocy was the president of the Indiana Health Information Management Association in 2011-2012, as well as served in various volunteer roles as a member of the IHIMA Board.
