How do I renew my dues online?
After logging into "myAHIMA," select "My Profile/Dues Renewal" to access your AHIMA Profile.
Once inside your profile, click “Dues Renewal" and proceed with your payment. If "Dues Renewal" does not appear in your profile, you have not yet been billed for your AHIMA dues and cannot renew online at this time. If you are past your 60 day grace period you will need to re-apply for membership online.
I have already paid why did I receive another invoice?
Sometimes invoices and payments may cross each other in the mail. Please disregard if you have already submitted payment.
What is myAHIMA?
“myAHIMA” is a single log in environment that we've built for AHIMA members. It gives members access to many preferred web areas with one convenient log in. To access myAHIMA, use the login box at .
How do I access and print my membership card and certificate?
How can I update my profile?
To update your information, please log into your profile.
Enter your AHIMA ID (in its full seven digit format as it appears on the Order Confirmation email and your membership ID card, including any initial zeros) in the "AHIMA ID" box. Then enter your login password in the password box. (Your password is the password that you created at AHIMA.org. In many cases it is your last name until you change it).
Once you are logged in, you can make edits to your AHIMA profile by navigating with the links on the left side of the screen. Notice that you will have different sections listed in this blue area, depending upon your membership type. Please make sure that you use the "Update" or "Save" buttons to save any changes that you make in your AHIMA profile.
How do I change my password?
If you wish to change your password, you may do so via the "Change my password" link once you have logged in. If you have already done so, be sure that you are using the correct password. If you have forgotten it, just click on “E-mail me my userid and password” below the login boxes, and our automated system will send it to the email address we have on file for you.
